Throughout Rob’s career in the marketing business, being relatable has always been one of his core convictions. It’s important to him to see the person behind the project, to listen more than he speaks, and to explain complex methodologies without jargon.
Rob wholeheartedly believes you can be fair, honest, and transparent and still be successful, even in the competitive, fast-paced marketing arena.
Shortly after college, Rob discovered his passion for marketing while working in sports management and was so inspired he left the field to earn his MBA from Western New England University. Since then, he has worked for several companies as Head of Sales, Director of Marketing and Business Development, and as Director of Digital Strategy and Sales Operations, his most recent position with MassLive Media.
In the last 15 years, Rob has transformed the digital marketing of businesses across multiple industries and increased their attributable revenue by millions of dollars. He’s streamlined their sales and marketing operations, implementing intelligent campaigns and enabling them to serve their clients more effectively while dramatically increasing their sales.

What makes Rob valuable as a marketer is his ability to quickly size up a situation, deconstruct it, and create an effective strategy to help his clients achieve their goals. What sets him apart from others in the field is his firm commitment to honesty, authenticity, and fairness, governed by his genuine desire to do the right thing.

Outside his professional career, Rob serves as Chair of the marketing committee with the American Cancer Society of Western Massachusetts and is on the board of Western New England University’s Alumni Association. He has also taught classes on entrepreneurship as an adjunct professor at WNE and continues to be a regular guest speaker there. He loves connecting with college students to offer his expertise, support, and encouragement.
Rob is also passionate about health and fitness, staying current with advances in the tech industry, and getting people to work together in team-building and professional development exercises. Completing a marathon and leading several successful motivational workshops are among Rob’s most challenging and rewarding accomplishments. Above all that, however, he is most proud to be a husband to his wife, Sara, and a dad to his two little girls (ages 3 and 2) and newborn son.
Rob and his family reside in northeastern Connecticut.
